Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup uncooked orzo pasta 3/4 cup uncooked Minute Rice 1 tbsp. finely chopped pimiento 1/2 tsp. minced celery leaf 1 tsp. minced fresh parsley leaves 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 14 ounce can chicken broth 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine orzo, Minute Rice, pimiento, celery leaf, parsley, dry mustard, chicken broth, olive oil and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Remove pan from heat. Cover and let stand 15 minutes, fluffing rice occasionally with a fork. Uncover, stir well and serve.
*May be made up to 1 hour ahead. Cover and keep warm in the top of a double boiler.
Serves 6.
