Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound can jellied cranberry sauce 10 ounce jar Smucker's Simply Fruit brand orange marmalade 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 2 cups fresh halved cranberries 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions
Stir together cranberry sauce, marmalade and ginger in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat until melted, about 6 to 8 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add fresh cranberries. Cook, stirring frequently, until berries are just tender. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts. Cool. When mixture is lukewarm transfer to a glass or plastic container and cover tightly. Refrigerate up to 7 days.
Serves about 6 to 8.
