Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 pounds spinach, trimmed, rinsed and patted dry 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Place spinach in a large pot of boiling water; cook 3 to 5 minutes; drain. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with salt and dot with butter.
