Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
5 ounce package Jell-O instant vanilla pudding mix 2 cups cold skim milk 1/2 cup whipped cream 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter 1 prebaked 9 inch pie shell 8 ounce container Cool Whip whipped topping chocolate syrup crushed nuts
Directions
Whisk together pudding mix and milk in a large bowl until creamy. Whisk in whipped cream and peanut butter until well blended. Pour into pie shell. Spread Cool Whip over top of pie. Freeze 1 hour until set. Drizzle chocolate syrup over pie and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
