Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups frozen blueberries 1 ripe banana, peeled, chopped and frozen 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 cup apple juice 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts 1 tsp. chopped fresh mint
Directions
Combine blueberries, banana, yogurt, apple juice, walnuts and mint in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Serves 2 to 4.
