Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup water 10 ounce package frozen cauliflower florets 1/4 cup milk 1 tbsp. butter or margarine 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
Directions
Bring water to a boil in an all purpose casserole dish. Add cauliflower florets and return to a boil. Cover and simmer cauliflower 10 minutes. Uncover, reduce heat to very low and simmer until liquid is almost evaporated. Stir in milk, butter or margarine and blue cheese. Cover and simmer about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until blue cheese is melted and cauliflower is tender. Serve hot.
Serves 4.
