Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 medium tomatoes, peeled, stemmed and chopped 1/2 cup canned chopped green chilies, drained 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 3 jalapeno peppers, stemmed and chopped 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
Directions
Combine tomatoes, chilies, onion, salt, jalapenos and garlic in a blender. Process to desired consistency. Refrigerate salsa in a tightly covered glass or plastic container for 24 hours before serving.
Makes about 2 cups salsa.
