1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 1 1/2 tbsp. warm water 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease several large baking sheets. Beat together butter and both sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg, water, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix well. Stir together flour, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl. Gradually mix into dough. Transfer mixture to a cookie press fitted with a flower-shaped disc. Press out cookies onto the prepared pan. Place a chocolate chip in the center of each cookie. Bake 8 minutes until cookies are lightly browned. Cool on pans 2 minutes. Transfer cookies to racks and cool completely. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set chocolate centers.
