Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2/3 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter, diced 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, frozen 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar in a food processor. Pulse several times to blend. With processor running, cut in butter until coarse crumbs form. Add eggs and vanilla and process just until dough forms. Add chocolate chips and walnuts and pulse to combine. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool brownies slightly before cutting into squares.
Serves 8.
