Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups fresh or frozen, slightly thawed blueberries 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt 1 cup milk 6 ounce can unsweetened pineapple juice 3 tbsp. honey 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Directions
Combine blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Increase blender to high and gradually add ice cubes. Blend until ice is finely crushed. Pour smoothie mixture into glasses and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
