Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup melted butter
Filling: 8 ounce package cream cheese 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1 3/4 cup whipped topping 2 pints strawberries, stemmed and halved two 4 ounce packages vanilla pudding mix 3 1/2 cups cold milk
Topping: 1 3/4 cup whipped topping strawberries for garnish
Directions
For Crust: Stir together graham crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a small bowl until evenly moistened. Press crust mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
For Filling: Beat together cream cheese, sugar and milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Fold in 1 3/4 cups whipped topping. Spread filling over crust. Arrange strawberries over filling in an even layer. Prepare pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour pudding mixture over strawberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
For Topping: Just before serving, spread whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer. Garnish with strawberries.
Serves 4 to 6.
