Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
5 heath candy bars 3 large eggs 1 cup sugar 3 cups heavy or whipping cream 1 1/2 cups half-and-half 3 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Freeze the candy bars. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Mix in cream, half-and-half and vanilla. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze. Break frozen candy bars into small pieces. When the ice cream is done stir in candy pieces.
Makes about 1 quart.
