Beef and Potato Goulash Casserole Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 package dry scalloped potato mix
1 pound ground beef
16 ounce can whole tomatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1 1/2 cups water

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty potato slices from package into an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in tomatoes, celery, water and sauce packet from potato mix. Heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Pour over potato slices and stir to combine. Cover and bake 55 minutes.
