Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning 1 tsp. salt four 10 inch flour tortillas 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tomato, chopped 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until beef is browned, stirring occasionally and breaking up clumps. Pour off the fat from the skillet. Stir the Italian seasoning and salt into the beef mixture. Place 2 tortillas on each of 2 sheet pans. Brush the tortillas with oil. Bake tortillas 3 minutes. Spead the beef mixture evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle with cilantro, Monterey Jack and Parmesan. Bake pizzas about 12 to 14 minutes until lightly browned. Serve pizzas immediately.
Serves 4.
