Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 cups uncooked egg noodles 3 cups broccoli florets 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish 1 pound beef ribeye steak 1 small onion, peeled and sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 tsp. all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. pepper 14 ounce can beef broth 3 tbsp. tomato paste 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions
Cook noodles in a large pan of boiling salted water. Add broccoli florets during last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain pasta and broccoli well. Stir together sour cream and horseradish in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Slice meat across the grain into bite-size strips. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add meat, onion and garlic. Cook about 3 minutes over medium-high heat until meat is slightly pink in the center. Sprinkle meat with flour and pepper. Stir to coat. Stir in broth, tomato paste and worcestershire. Cook, stirring, until thickened and bubbly. Divide pasta-broccoli mixture between 4 bowls. Spoon meat mixture over top. Spoon horseradish mixture over top.
Serves 4.
