1 packet(1 oz.)Beef & Broccoli Seasoning Blend 3/4 cup water 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 lb. top sirloin, cut into bite-size pieces 1 large onion, sliced 1 lb. broccoli florets Hot cooked rice (optional
Directions
COMBINE contents of packet, water and soy sauce in small bowl; set aside.
HEAT oil in large skillet or wok over high heat; stir-fry beef for 3 minutes or until browned. Add onion and broccoli; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add sauce mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until mixure boils and thickens.
SERVE over rice.
