Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 tsp. paprika 3/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/8 tsp. onion powder pinch cayenne pepper pinch dried thyme 24 large, fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined 7 tbsp. butter, divided 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
Directions
Stir together paprika, pepper, salt, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, cayenne and thyme in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Melt 3 tbsp. butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Worcestershire, lemon juice and garlic. Cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until just cooked through. Add the remaining 4 tbsp. butter to the skillet and stir until melted. Transfer shrimp to a large bowl with a slotted spoon. Pour the pan sauce over and serve immediately.
Serves 4 to 6.
