Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound bulk pork sausage 2 cans crescent roll dough 1 pound frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese 5 large eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown sausage in a large skillet, breaking up clumps with a spoon. Drain fat. Coat a pizza p[an with nonstick spray. Separate crescent roll dough sections. Place, overlapping slightly, on prepared pan. Spoon sausage and hash browns over dough. Sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan. Beat together eggs, salt, pepper and milk until well blended. Pour egg mixture over pizza and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
