1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
dash cayenne pepper
Easy barbecue sauce
12 hoagie rolls, split and toasted

Easy Barbecue Sauce:
8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. minced garlic

Directions
For Pork:
Prepare grill. Stir together salt, pepper, celery seed, onion powder, garlic powder, cloves and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over pork and rub in with your hands. Place a rack in a roasting pan. Place pork on the rack. Place the roasting pan on the grill rack. Pour 1/2 inch of water into the roasting pan. Cover and grill pork about 4 hours until very tender, adding more water to the pan as needed. Remove pork from the grill and cover loosely with foil. Let pork stand 30 minutes. Shred pork and stir in Easy Barbecue Sauce. Spoon onto rolls and serve.

Serves 10 to 12.
