Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 large bananas, peeled and quartered lengthwise
8 egg roll wrappers
8 tbsp. semisweet chocolate morsels
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray. Lay egg roll wrappers out on a flat surface. Place 2 banana quarters in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. chocolate morsels over each egg roll. Fold in the sides of each egg roll, roll up and seal. Place egg rolls on the prepared pan. Bake 5 minutes. Turn egg rolls over and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
Makes 8 egg rolls.
