Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 pound walleye fillets, cut into bite-size pieces 1 cup sour cream 1 tbsp. all purpose flour 1/2 cup dry white wine 2 tbsp. chopped green onions 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place walleye pieces in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Stir together sour cream, flour, wine, onions, parsley, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over fish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until fish is cooked through and sauce is slightly thickened.
Serves 3 to 4.
