Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
two 6 1/2 ounce cans water packed tuna 1 chicken bouillon cube 1/2 cup hot water 1 tsp. orange juice 1 tsp. honey pinch paprika 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 large egg, beaten to blend 2 cups soft breadcrumbs 1/2 cup canned mixed vegetables, drained 4 ounces American cheese slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dissolve bouillon in hot water in a large bowl. Add tuna, orange juice, honey, paprika, ginger, egg, breadcrumbs and vegetables and mix until evenly moistened. Spread half of the mixture in the prepared pan. Top with half of the sliced cheese. Spoon remaining tuna mixture over. Top with remaining cheese slices. Bake loaf about 45 minutes until lightly browned.
Serves 4 to 6.
