Baked Sea Bass with Herb Crust Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
6 sea bass fillets, about 6 ounces each
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
6 tbsp. chopped fresh fennel fronds
3 tbsp. peeled, chopped shallot

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray. Place sea bass fillets on the prepared pan and drizzle with 1/2 tbsp. olive oil. Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, oregano, basil, fennel, shallot and remaining 1 tbsp. olive oil in a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Press the herb mixture over the top of the sea bass and bake about 12 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
