Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 2 tbsp. fine chopped green onion 1 tbsp. peeled, finely grated fresh ginger 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 salmon fillets, about 8 ounces each
Directions
Line a sheet pan with foil. Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, green onion, ginger and pepper in a shallow baking dish. Add salmon and turn to coat. Cover salmon and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place skin side down on the prepared pan. Bake salmon about 20 minutes until just cooked through. Divide salmon between plates and serve.
Serves 4.
