Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
8 medium potatoes 8 ounces sliced bacon 16 ounces american cheese slices, diced 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup prepared mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until just tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices. Cook bacon in a large skillet until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Cool and chop. Combine potatoes, cheese, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well mixed. Transfer to prepared pan and sprinkle olives and bacon over top. Bake 60 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
