Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced 1 tsp. curry powder 2 to 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
Directions
Stir together the peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, oil, garlic and curry powder in a large bowl. Cut each chicken wing into 3 pieces, discarding wing tips. Add chicken pieces to peanut butter mixture and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Transfer marinated wings to an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake wings 35 to 45 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear. Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
