Baked Pea and Water Chestnut Medley Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
10 ounce package frozen green peas
4 ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/8 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cold butter, diced

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a shallow 8 inch baking dish. Place peas in the prepared dish and lay water chestnut slices over. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Cover and bake about 30 minutes until hot.

Serves 4.
