Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 6 to 8 ounces each 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. dried minced onion 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 3 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray. Place chicken on the prepared pan. Bake chicken 20 minutes. Meanwhile, stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan, dried onion, salt, garlic powder and oregano in a medium bowl. Brush the baked chicken breasts with the Dijon. Pat the bread crumb mixture onto the chicken breasts. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake chicken about 35 to 40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and topping is crisp. Serve hot.
Serves 4.
