eight 1 inch thick slices Italian bread
3 tbsp. melted butter

Sauce:
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sweet orange marmalade
1 tbsp. triple sec

Directions
Whisk together orange peel, orange juice, sugar, vanilla, triple sec, eggs, half and half and salt in a large bowl. Place bread slices in a single layer in a 13x9 inch glass baking dish. Pour egg mixture over bread and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush a large baking sheet with melted butter. Place soaked bread slices on prepared pan, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake 5 minutes.
