Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
10 slices bread, buttered and cubed 3 cups grated cheddar cheese 3 cups cubed cooked ham 3 cups milk 6 large eggs, beaten to blend 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions
Toss together cheese, ham and bread cubes in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together milk, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, onion powder, worcestershire and mustard. Pour over ham mixture and toss to combine. Pour into a greased 10 inch glass baking dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover baking dish with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
