Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3 tbsp. chopped black olives in brine
2 tsp. capers, drained
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 halibut steaks, about 6 to 8 ounces each
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir together tomatoes, olives, capers, 1 tbsp. oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush the bottom of a pie dish with the remaining 1/2 tbsp. oil. Season halibut on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place halibut in the prepared dish. Spoon the tomato mixture over the fish. Bake about 15 minutes until halibut is cooked through. Serve immediately.
