Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 large eggs 1 cup sugar 1 tbsp. cocoa powder 1/2 cup melted butter 3 tbsp. all purpose flour 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan. Beat eggs in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir together sugar and cocoa powder in a small bowl. Beat into eggs. Add melted butter, flour, pecans and vanilla. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Place pan in a large baking pan and fill with hot water to come halfway up sides of smaller baking pan. Bake 45 minutes. Remove fudge from water bath and cool on a rack. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen pieces.
