Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp. dijon mustard 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. dried dillweed 1 cup dry breadcrumbs 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 1/2 pounds catfish or other whitefish fillets, cut into strips
Directions
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Whisk together butter, dijon, lemon juice and dill in a pie plate. Stir together breadcrumbs and cayenne in another pie plate. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Dip fish into butter mixture then dredge in breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place strips 1 inch apart on prepared pan. Bake until coating is crisp and golden and fish is cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
Serves 3 to 4.
