Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground beef 2 small onions, peeled and chopped 1 1/2 cups chopped celery 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup water 4 cups cooked rice crisp Chinese noodles
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Combine ground beef, onions and celery in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until beef is browned. Drain fat from skillet. Stir in worcestershire, soy sauce, mushroom soup, water and rice. Transfer casserole mixture to the prepared dish. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake 45 minutes.
Serves 4.
