Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 round loaf whole grain bread, unsliced 24 ounce round of brie with rind 1 pint fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice off the top 1/2 inch of the round bread loaf. Scoop the bread out of the center of the loaf leaving a 1 inch shell. Place the brie into the scooped out center of the bread loaf. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake about 30 minutes until heated through and brie is melty. Unwrap loaf and transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle the sliced strawberries over the top of the warm loaf. Slice into wedges and serve.
Serves 12 to 16 appetizer portions.
