Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. ground cumin 2 large cloves, peeled, minced garlic 2 tsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. finely grated lime peel 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 4 flat iron steaks(beef shoulder top blade steaks)
Directions
Stir together cumin, garlic, brown sugar, lime peel and cayenne in a large bowl. Rub spice mixture all over steaks. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare grill. Grill steaks, covered, 10 to 15 minutes for medium rare to medium, turning occasionally. Serve steaks immediately.
Serves 4.
