Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 1/4 cup dry sherry 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup catsup 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger 3/4 tsp. salt 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
Directions
Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry, honey, catsup, garlic, ginger and salt in a medium bowl. Place ribs in a large baking pan and pour marinade over. Turn ribs to coat. Cover and refrigerate ribs at least 4 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove ribs from marinade and place in a shallow large baking pan. Bake ribs 30 minutes. Turn ribs over and baste with marinade. Bake ribs an additional 35 minutes, basting once, until tender.
Serves 4 to 6.
