Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup chopped tomato 2 tbsp. minced red onion 1 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. fresh lime juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 large avocado, halved and pitted
Directions
Stir together tomato, onion, cilantro, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Spoon tomato mixture into center of each avocado half.
Serves 2.
