Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Marinade: 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce 2 green onions, finely sliced 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar 1 tsp. finely grated orange peel 1/3 cup fresh orange juice 1/2 tsp. dark sesame oil 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. salt pinch pepper
2 pork tenderloins, about 12 ounces each 1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions
For Marinade: Whisk together garlic ginger, hoisin, green onion, sherry vinegar, orange peel, orange juice, sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade.
Place pork in a shallow glass baking dish and pour marinade over, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove pork from marinade and transfer to a 9x13 inch baking pan. Roast 15 to 20 minutes until a thermometer reads 160 degrees. Remove pork from oven, tent with foil and let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, Combine reserved marinade and broth in a small saucepan and heat to a boil. Slice pork and spoon sauce over. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
