Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter 3 cups chopped onion 1 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic 6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 4 tsp. peeled, grated fresh ginger 4 tsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes 2 tsp. turmeric
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables such as snow peas, canned water chestnuts, carrots, celery or whole or halved fresh mushrooms.
Makes about 4 cups.
