Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 1/2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage 1/2 head radicchio, thinly sliced 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks 3 ounces snow peas, stringed and thinly sliced lengthwise 4 tsp. rice vinegar 1 tsp. ground dry mustard 1 tsp. ground ginger 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. sesame oil 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Toss together cabbage, radicchio, carrots and sliced snow peas in a large bowl. Stir together rice vinegar, mustard and ginger in a small bowl until spices dissolve. Gradually whisk in vegetable and sesame oils. Whisk in soy sauce. Pour dressing over slaw and add salt. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serves 4.
