Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 pounds baby back ribs 1 tsp. garlic powder 5 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 5 tsp. chinese 5 spice powder pinch ground coriander 1 tbsp. ground cloves 1/4 cup worcestershire 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tsp. sugar
Directions
Poke meat side of ribs all over with a fork. Stir together garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, 5 spice powder, coriander and cloves. Rub all over ribs. Place ribs in a shallow baking dish. Stir together worcestershire, soy sauce and sugar and brush over ribs. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Put ribs in a roasting pan and bake, turning occasionally, 1 1/2 hours until cooked through.
Serves 4 to 6.
