Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 large tomatoes, cored and diced 1 large onion, peeled and diced 2 tbsp. canned diced jalapeno pepper 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. white vinegar
Directions
Stir together tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Cover and let stand 6 hours or overnight at room temperature.
Makes about 6 cups pico de gallo.
