Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup bottled steak sauce 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey 1 tbsp. honey 2 tsp. prepared mustard 4 beef rib, round or chuck steaks, about 10 ounces each
Directions
Combine steak sauce, bourbon, honey and mustard in a shallow baking dish or resealable plastic food storage bag. Add steaks and turn to coat. Cover (or seal) and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove steaks from marinade and grill over medium-high coals, 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, or to desired doneness.
Serves 4.
