Apple-Raisin Turkey Stuffing Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
3 cups granny smith apples, peeled, cored and diced
1 cup gold or dark raisins
1 cup minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
7 cups cubed day-old bread, crusts removed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup melted butter

Directions
Combine apples, raisins, onion, salt, bread cubes, pepper and sugar in a large bowl. Drizzle melted butter over and toss until evenly moistened.

Makes enough to stuff an 8 to 10 pound turkey or goose.
