Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Filling: 4 cups peeled, thinly sliced Granny Smith apples 2 cups fresh or frozen sliced strawberries 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup frozen, thawed orange juice concentrate 2 tbsp. all purpose flour 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Topping: 1 cup quick cooking oats 1/2 cup brown sugar 5 tbsp. butter, melted 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
Directions
For Filling: Coat the inside of an 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Stir together sliced apples, strawberries, brown sugar, orange juice concentrate, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. Spoon the filling into the prepared dish.
For Topping: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together oats, brown sugar, melted butter and flour in a small bowl until clumps form. Crumble the topping evenly over the top of the filling. Bake crisp about 30to 35 minutes until apples are tender and topping is browned. Serve crisp warm.
Serves 6 to 8.
