Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 medium apples, cored and chopped 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup diced celery 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup seedless red grapes 1 cup vanilla yogurt 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice romaine lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
Directions
Combine apples, raisins, celery, walnuts, grapes, yogurt and lemon juice in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Line a large serving bowl with romaine leaves. Spoon apple mixture into the serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Serves 4.
