Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 envelope gelatin 1 cup heavy or whipping cream 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup kirsch (cherry liqueur) 1/2 cup sugar 1 pint fresh or frozen raspberries
Directions
Stir gelatin into 2 tbsps. kirsch and let stand 3 minutes. Meanwhile heat cream in a saucepan just until hot-Don\'t Boil. Stir in gelatin mixture, sour cream, remaining kirsch and sugar. Pour into a 3 cup mold. Cover and refrigerate until set. To unmold submerge mold partially in hot water for a few seconds and invert onto a serving platter. Top with raspberries.
Serves 6 to 8.
