Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. finely grated orange peel 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 large eggs 3/4 cup chopped fresh cranberries, divided 1 prepared 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, orange peel and vanilla on medium speed in a large bowl. Add eggs and mix until well blended. Stir in 1/2 cup cranberries. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cranberries over top. Bake about 40 minutes until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
