Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves two 14 1/2 ounce cans Italian style stewed tomatoes 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. crumbled dried oregano 1/4 tsp. crumbled dried basil 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat the inside of a baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange the chicken in the prepared dish. Cover and bake 15 minutes. Drain juices from dish. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano, basil and Tabasco in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour hot sauce over chicken and sprinkle Parmesan over. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Serves 4.
